Egg season + weekly produce update


It's egg season! We often forget there is a natural rhythm for eggs, just like everything else in nature. Our pastured eggs (chicken + duck) are at their most plentiful, so this is a great time to stock up and make custard, Dutch pancakes, and quiche! Try our quick and easy low-carb crustless quiche recipe.

The quiche pictured features ingredients you can find in our shop: Jacobs & Brichford Briana cheese and FungusAmongUs organic dried mixed mushrooms. You could also try asparagus with our ham and J & B Everton... our spinach with J & B Phetamias... poblano peppers with J & B JQ... or good old-fashioned broccoli and cheddar... plus countless other combinations!

If you want to go all out and make homemade crust, be sure to take home one of our lovely glass jars of pastured lard.

This week's produce

We've got lots of fresh salad mixes and herbs from our garden, plus produce from Fairstream Farms: baby arugula, salad mix, baby bok choy, stir fry mix, scallions, and herbs.
