Grass-fed lamb restocked

We've restocked our grass-fed lamb this week. A few customers have already pre-ordered the shanks, so we're sold out of those and some of the offals (such as the hearts). But we'll have plenty of lamb burgers, lamb soup bones (use just like beef bones for broth), lamb stew meat, and other cuts.

You might enjoy this easy lamb stew recipe — it has minimal chopping and hands-on time, and it's absolutely delicious! Al uses a pressure cooker, but after the browning steps you could simply simmer on the stove for 2-2.5 hours, or transfer to a slow cooker for 6-8 hours on low.

Both are grown locally in Northern Indiana, then frozen upon harvest so we can enjoy these antioxidant-packed treats all winter. 

Frozen berries are perfect for baking (just pop them in the batter frozen) — plus snacking, salads, granola, smoothies, and "nice cream"!
