Our pork is humanely and naturally raised at our small family farm, without the use of hormones or antibiotics, and packaged by trusted local butchers. From time to time we also offer pork from other small farms who follow the same standards.
Our pigs are raised in wooded enclosures, where they’re free to root around and engage in natural behavior. They enjoy seasonal acorns, walnuts, and mulberries, along with organic feed — including oats from our farm. We believe this is good for the pigs, good for the land, and good for you! Our cured pork is free of synthetic nitrates/nitrites, so you may notice that it’s not as pink as grocery store pork.
We carry the usual cuts, including assorted sausages, ham, bacon, pork shoulder, pork chops, tenderloin, and more. Due to popular demand, we're also pleased to offer pastured lard.
Pastured Bacon & Sausage
Our sausage selection is a customer favorite! We have a number of varieties, all made with organic seasoning mixes, and many with no sugar added. We often carry a no-sugar-added bacon option, as well as fresh uncured bacon, which you can cook as-is or use to cure your own bacon!
